1. Service Agreement

By engaging Galseggak for auto repair and engine diagnostics, you agree to these terms. We provide professional automotive services at our facility in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. A 50% deposit may be required for major repairs.

3. Warranty & Liability

All services include a 30-day warranty on parts and labor. We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage or issues arising from previous repairs by third parties. Maximum liability is limited to the service cost paid.

4. Vehicle Condition

You warrant that your vehicle is lawfully owned and free of liens. You assume all risk for vehicle loss or damage while at our facility, though we maintain comprehensive insurance.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours before service receive a full refund of deposits. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit 25% of the deposit. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

6. Data & Privacy

We collect vehicle and contact information solely for service delivery and invoicing. Your data is protected under Malaysian data protection regulations and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, they are subject to Malaysian law and the jurisdiction of Kuala Lumpur courts.

8. Modification

We reserve the right to update these terms with 14 days' notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
